The proposed development located on part of Lot 741 (New Lot 10007 and Lot 10008), Mukim Bukit Batu,
Daerah Kulai, Johor Darul Ta’zim.
? The total area of land are 696.65 acres (281.9242) hectares. However, for the EIA study will only cover
development area of 628.95 acres (254.5274 hectares). This EIA development involved a part of Lot 741
(New Lot 10007 and Lot 10008) which involves industrial development (434.60 acres – 69.10%),
commercial areas (5.43 acres – 0.86%), and public facilities, infrastructure and utilities (188.92 acres –
30.04%).
? Darab Subur Sdn Bhd act as the project proponent for this proposed project plan to develop an industrial estate
development comprised of industrial plot and commercial development supported by the development of
infrastructure and facilities.
