An EIA and EMP for a part of Lot 48082 (Phase 1 and Phase 2) cover 295.81 acres (119.7102 hectares) was approved on 21st January 2025 and 29th July 2025 by Department of Environment, Johor under industrial estate activity. However, for the new proposed EIA study (Phase 3) covers
217.02 acres (87.8249 hectares) within part of Lot 48082, comprising light and medium industries (141.68 acres – 65.28%), public facilities (25.61 acres – 11.80%), infrastructure
and utilities (49.73 acres – 22.91%). Golden Valley Capital Sdn Bhd as the project proponent for this proposed project and plan to developed industrial estate development project which include the components of industrial, infrastucture and public facilities.
