Scientex Quatari Sdn Bhd is a private limited company with main business includes property holding and property development. The core business of this proposed project is to build STP at proposed project site which is located at Lot 3019, Lot 3020, Lot 3021, Lot 3027, Lot 3028, Lot 3029, Lot 3034, Lot 3035, Lot 3036, Lot 3041, Lot 3042, Lot 3043, Lot 3044 And Lot 208909, Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim. The STP have Ultimate PE which capable to cater a total of 28,000 PE of sewage generated from the new development. For this proposed project, Project Proponent proposed to build STP to cater the sewage generated from the new development to cater the sewage and avoid improper discharge of untreated sewage. Generally, the proposed project will be constructed to treat all the sewage generated from the new development. The proposed STP will be using an Extended Aeration (EA) open type system. Overall breakdown of Population Equivalent (PE) for STP can be referred in Table 3.1 (b). The proposed project is located near to Jalan Persiaran Pulai Mutiara and the site is currently an empty open land with a temporary access road.
