Nusajaya Rise Sdn. Bhd. intends to develop an industrial estate within Gerbang Nusajaya mixed development named Gerbang Nusajaya Industrial Park (GNIP) with a total area of 205.72 hectare (508.35 acres).
The GNIP will be developed mainly focusing on the renewable energy sector and other high-value sectors, including electric vehicle (EV) components, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital, logistic hub, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and electrical & electronic (E&E).
